Please click here to fill out an application!The adoption donation fee is $250.Puppies will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract only.  An ADDITIONAL $100 deposit will be taken at the time of adoption and refunded upon proof of spay/neuter.These darling puppies are now safe and sound in their foster home after being rescued just in time!  They will be 8 weeks old and ready for adoption the weekend of NOV 20.  They are very happy and outgoing puppies all weighing 4.5 pounds at 5 weeks old.Please note that the breeds selected are simply guesses as we have no history on the parents of these puppies.Our foster homes are in Frederick and Sykesville, MD and the dogs must be picked up at their location.Adoption donation fees: Lonely Hearts Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non profit. Please know that 100% of our adoption donation fees go towards vetting our dogs.*Homes with small children must have a fenced yard.
