1.5 Year Old Bay Adoption Donation: $300 Whitney arrived with a large impoundment from Washington County. She is another one of the favorites here at Days End. Whitney started out as a very shy, unconfident little filly, with no trust in humans. After daily training sessions, Whitney has blossomed into an extremely affectionate little girl. She loves to be groomed and enjoys her walks around the farm. She should be in the 15 hand range once she is fully mature and finished growing. She is very curious and intelligent and ties for feeding and grooming. Whitney leads well and is getting her feet trimmed by the farrier. She would love to find a family to call her own, as she has a lot of affection to give. Days End Farm Horse Rescue does not sell horses. We do ask for an adoption donation to help defray the costs of rehabilitating future horses. We adopt to the entire State of Maryland and 100 miles from Days End Farm into the states of VA, DE, PA. We do not have the funds or manpower to do this properly in other areas.
